Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the Longhorn sideways instead of horizontal?

We did it this way to maximize real estate on the shoes, especially for the horns. If we do it horizontally, the longhorn will be much smaller. If you want it horizontally, it can be done. Just make a note at checkout.

I wear a half size. Should I size up or down?

It's recommended to size up. For example, if you wear an 11.5, you should choose a 12. If for any reason it doesn't fit right, we will happily exchange it for the correct size.

Why are you only selling 500?

Believe it or not, these are laborious to make! Our main focus is on quality over quantity. We make sure the cowhide fits perfectly on each shoe followed by professional grade stitching. 

How long will it take for my shoes to arrive?

We will have some premade stock prior to launch so expect your shoes to be shipped within a week. We may experience a delay if there is a backorder with Hey Dude. In that case, we will be in touch.
