I wear a half size. Should I size up or down?

It's recommended to size up. For example, if you wear an 11.5, you should choose a 12. Please make sure to choose the correct size because once your initials are branded, there are no returns or exchanges. 

How long will it take for my shoes to arrive?

We will typically carry some premade stock so expect your shoes to be shipped within a week. We may experience a delay if there is a backorder with Hey Dude. In that case, we will be in touch. 

How many initials can I get branded?

The maximum amount is 3. 

Are they original?

Yes, they are 100% original purchased directly from them. Selling counterfeit goods is illegal.
